「浩角翔起」笑話冠軍結緣！　親切形象獲喜愛
「浩角翔起」親切趣味、貼近民眾的形象，獲得觀眾喜愛，兩人其實是從《電視笑話冠軍》結識，當時是競爭對手，前後奪下《笑話冠軍》的盟主，因緣際會搭檔演出，沒想到效果不錯，才組團一同闖蕩演藝界。

綜藝節目《電視笑話冠軍》阿翔：「但是如果看周杰倫坐火車，唉唷那就厲害囉不錯不錯。」

綜藝節目《電視笑話冠軍》浩子：「大家知不知道這世界上，最浪費的動物是什麼動物，答案就是斑馬，因為牠叫黑白馬(買)啊。」

浩子、阿翔，2003年參加《電視笑話冠軍》結識，競爭對手的兩人，前後奪下冠軍盟主，不過僅是點頭之交，根本沒有想組團。

綜藝節目《大家來說笑》：「你有沒有打火機，我沒有打火機欸，對那怎麼辦？還好野外...還好有很多人，你們有沒有打火機不是啦，那是觀眾。」

一次盟主們接下通告，兩兩搭檔演出，意外發現彼此合作效果不錯，才決定組團「浩角翔起」，一同闖蕩演藝圈。

綜藝節目《食尚玩家》：「我的好朋友浩角翔起啦。」

2007年搶手商品兩人主持《食尚玩家》，親切趣味、貼近民眾的形象，獲得觀眾喜愛，更奪下第46屆金鐘獎最佳綜藝節目主持人獎，活動主持、戲劇、代言接不完。

兩人2006開始主持《綜藝大集合》，不過浩子2014年退出節目，留下阿翔一人打拚，決定帶妻小環遊世界，暫別演藝圈一年，外界也頻傳兩人不合。

藝人阿翔vs.浩子：「一直以來喔，我們兩個私底下，本來就不太講話，其實我們這幾天，還是沒什麼聊天喔。」

私下幾乎零互動，但解釋不往來並非感情不好，而是兩人自有默契，2017年阿翔終於等來浩子回歸，從沒想過解散，讓「浩角翔起」年收約近4千萬元，多次蟬聯尾牙收入主持人冠軍。

兩人開新節目，但醜聞曝光，阿翔宣布工作全面暫停，等於只剩浩子獨撐，而阿翔暫退《綜藝大集合》、《國光幫幫忙》，加上活動廠商也會收手，估計阿翔每個月恐怕損失將近百萬，搭檔浩子勢必也連帶受到影響。

寵物公園評比新北最多台北最好半數縣巿掛零

台灣動物保護行政監督聯盟今天(26日)公布全國寵物公園調查結果，發現新北市在數量上領先全國，但卻有品質不一的問題；而台北市最老牌的「迎風狗公園」，卻是品質最好的。動保盟表示，希望中央與地方政府協力討論建置寵物公園的一致性規範，進一步打造友善寵物環境。

牽著毛小孩排好隊想來張大合照，但充滿好奇心的大狗小狗幾乎是拉不住。這幾隻可愛的毛小孩，跑來立法院就是希望社會能重視設立寵物公園的必要性。

為了突顯問題，台灣動物保護行政監督聯盟花了近3個月的時間走遍全台，調查各縣市的寵物公園，以六都來說，新北市以17座拿下冠軍，台北市跟桃園市則以5座的數量並列第二，而各有1座寵物公園的高雄、台南跟台中則同為第三名；至於其他縣轄市也只有新竹縣市、屏東縣還有離島澎湖、金門才有，這反映台灣寵物公園有嚴重不足的情況。

獸醫師楊靜宇從犬隻健康角度出發，強調寵物公園有其必要性。他說：『(原音)真的，動物活著就是要動，如果不動對於肌腱老化跟我們心肺功能衰竭都會有相對關係。尤其根據農委會公布的數據，現在台灣在都會區每3.9戶就有一隻寵物，所以因此寵物活動是急需重要跟迫切性。』

雖然新北市在數量上拿下冠軍，但卻有品質不一的問題，倒是成立十多年的台北市「迎風狗公園」，是動保團體認為最優質的狗公園。動保盟執行長何宗勳說：『(原音)全國35座狗公園，我們發現最好的一座是台北市在十多年前建的迎風狗公園。十多年建的，到現在還是全國最好，雖然是全國最好，也有很大問題，你看遮陰地方少、附近也沒有人類廁所，所以說就算最理想還是有不完美。』

動保團體認為，好的寵物公園必須要有區分大小犬隻的活動空間、要有專用草皮及飲水設備還要有封閉式垃圾桶，另外，夜間照明、監視器、特殊地形設計、志工維護等也要有。

由於狗公園屬地方權責且沒有明確工程定義，對於動保團體的建議，農委會表示樂意當起溝通平台，與地方政府討論一致性規範，共同營造友善動物環境。
