「橋牌社」砸500萬　海軍基地搭總統府造景
影集《國際橋牌社》，最近在大園海軍基地的千坪廠房內，斥資5百萬元，打造總統府內的造景，包括長廊、八角迴廊，還有總統辦公室，一共有10個房間，能陳設出15種不同的場景，飾演總統的楊烈都說，好逼真。


《國際橋牌社》拍攝現場：「對岸一直接受國際的制裁，他們其實很焦慮，這反而是我們的機會啊。」

走進總統府辦公室，楊烈飾演的總統，正在跟其他角色對戲，寬敞空間方正格局，從裡到外，都讓人眼睛為之一亮。

隨扈演員：「長官好。」

TVBS記者沈瑾暘：「哇這是我這輩子第一次被隨扈開門，你可以看到長人氣產品網路熱銷產品長的走廊上，旁邊還有國旗，抬頭一看這裡就是八角迴廊，其實這裡是國際橋牌社的拍攝場景，劇組斥資五百萬元，在桃園海軍基地，打造一個總統府內部的場景。」


包括總統府辦公室內，陳列擺設都經過實際考察，還有會議室長桌，以及外頭長廊，所有裝潢造景和洋式建築，盡可能真實還原，也讓演員楊烈直呼好逼真。

藝人楊烈：「這裡比總統府還新，不管是色調或者是它裡面的擺設，跟它所有的款式，幾乎都是一模一樣。」

從長廊往窗外看還能看到停機棚，劇組在桃園海軍基地，包下千坪廠房花一個半月，搭出600坪空間蓋出10個房間，配合家具變換可陳設15種空間，維護工作馬虎不得。


製作人汪怡昕：「工作人員進來都要脫鞋，我們為了要擬真，所以地毯上的雜質，每天都要清過一遍，然後我們不能靠牆壁，免得漆髒掉了。」

先前午後雷陣雨，一度讓片場淹水了，劇組還用水泥做起擋水牆，畢竟場景要用八季相當於三年的時間，得小心維護才能繼續拍攝工作。

 夜班、輪班星人怕壞身體？ 醫師教你這樣「健康睡」才對

台灣輪班工作者不少，最大問題常是如何做才能健康睡、不因工作壞了身體？
醫師就建議，輪班勞工想要好好睡覺，最好學會幾個小技巧，以加速適應輪班的型態，像是輪夜班休假時，應盡量維持晚睡，如凌晨3、4點，收假後才能繼續適應夜班的作息。

根據勞動部調查，全台非固定白天班的勞工比例，已從2001年的16%，上升至2013年的22%，更常是製造業、倉儲通訊業、運輸業、醫療保健服務業、保全業、便利商店等勞工的常態。

成大醫院職業醫學部研究醫師，同時也是勞動部職業安全衛生署委託成功大學辦理的南區勞工健康服務中心醫師魏玉亭指出，不少人因個人的生理時鐘無法適應輪班工作而產生「輪班工作障礙」，飽受睡不著、睡不飽、睡不夠所苦，上班時更容易感到疲憊和想睡覺，警覺性降低，較易造成意外事故。

統計就發現，罹患「輪班工作障礙」比率最高的是從事夜班工作者，達14到32%，其次是換班式輪班的8到26%。因為無法適應輪班工作而產生「輪班工作障礙」的勞工，即使躺在床上有7到8小時的足夠時間，仍出現工作時間想睡覺，或該睡覺時卻睡不著、睡得淺、睡眠片段的情況。

魏玉亭說，而這些有輪班工作障礙的病人，除了較常出現十二指腸潰瘍、肥胖症與心血管疾病外，還會有較差的記憶力、較高比例的憂鬱症和其他的情緒障礙。

魏玉亭建議，如果想把生理時鐘往後延，傍晚到深夜的前半夜，可使用光照治療，而光照治療經常使用的光照強度為2500燭光，大約為早晨陽光的強度，讓光線訊息可以影響下視丘，調整體內褪黑激素的分泌，達到調整生理時鐘；或早晨下班返家後戴上墨鏡、臥室拉上窗簾等方式，藉以減少白天陽光的照射。

至於要改善輪班工作障礙最好的方法，魏玉亭強調，換回正常白班，相關症狀就會緩解；但如果無法不輪班，則建議暫時不要輪夜班，調慢換班的速度1個月後再換另一種班別，並從逆時針方向的換班模式，如從清早班換成夜班，夜班換中班，中班換清早班，調整為順時針方向的從清早班換成中班，中班換夜班，夜班換清早班。
