中美貿易戰從7月以來刀刀見骨，對全球景氣的殺傷力日益加重，上周末G20會議後川習會暫時化解目前的緊繃情勢，將原訂予1/1由10％上調至25％的2,000億美元商品關稅延後，90天內若美中雙方未能達成協議再調升至25％。台股原本已完成打底，在利多激勵下，電子股、集團股聯袂挺身而出拉抬農曆年前的多頭走勢。

雖然11月以來台股走勢不時受到中美貿易戰的干擾，但加權指數卻守在9,600點之上橫向整理；櫃買指數更從10月底109點開始盤旋走高至12/4盤中130.9點，漲幅達20％，正式展開櫃買指數反彈修正波。既然是反彈波，下半年跌幅最重的矽晶圓、被動元件及MOSFET就當仁不讓，充當領頭羊，類股輪彈的態勢有利年底作帳行情的表現。除跌深因素之外，集團、業績成長、評價低及法人增持的因素亦為台股選股重要利基，除可掌握短線跌深反彈操作外，中線則以擇優汰弱作為現階段投資策略。

權證交易稅率僅為千分之1，且具槓桿效果，相對交易成本較現股低很多。投資人欲進場搶短時，可善用「認購權證」，不僅可有效擴大資金之使用效率，同時亦可降低短進短出需付出之高額交易成本。
