30對新人受害！赴韓拍婚紗　喜宴後仍討嘸
花大錢遠赴韓國拍婚紗，新人卻滿肚子氣！知名的韓國婚紗攝影在台灣的代辦公司，被指控過了約定日期遲遲不交件，面對客戶詢問也已讀不回，在台灣就有超過30對新人受害，他們組成自救會調查，發現業者疑似財務出狀況，收了客戶的錢，卻沒付給合作的攝影師，才會害新人的相片被扣住，希望把業者惡行公布出來，提醒其他新人，慎選代辦公司。


穿上韓服體驗傳統婚紗，或是在偶像劇場景裡取景，留下一輩子最美的回憶，知名的韓國婚紗攝影代辦公司，因為和不少藝人合作成名，主打明星級的化妝間，和多元的棚拍場景，吸引不少台灣新人下訂，但現在卻爆發一連串消費糾紛。

開心記錄拍攝點滴，黃小姐去年遠赴韓國拍婚紗，光是拍攝費用就要六萬，加上機票住宿一趟就要十幾萬，滿心期待拍攝成品，收到相本時卻發現排版粗糙簡陋，照片也並非全都是新人挑選出來。

受害新人黃小姐：「主要是因為，男生這張表情奇怪，就跟他說我不要這張，就換另外一張，最後收到成品後，還是出現這張，而且把一張很喜歡的個人照弄掉了。」


當初合約註明，拍攝後的五個月可以拿到成品，黃小姐卻是等了七個月，直到結婚前一週才拿到，過程聯繫業者對方都已讀不回，只好詢問攝影師，才知道錢都進了仲介的口袋，上網一查發現類似的受害人，竟然多達30對新人。

受害新人黃小姐：「(攝影師說)其實相簿都已經做好，因為代辦沒付錢，我不能給你相簿，我就問代辦，是不是財務有問題啊，他們就講不出話來。」

疑似財務出狀況，沒把客戶的錢交給合作的工作室，害新人遲遲拿不到照片，受害人組成社團聯手向業者求償。


其他受害新人張活動產品網路熱賣產品小姐：「臉書的私訊都不回，而且居然是我的朋友，他們去假裝新客人問他要拍照的事情，他們秒回。」

受害新人黃小姐：「他們應該是想要規避，因為如果最終還是拿到了，我們就沒有求償的理由。」

甚至有的新人結完婚，都還沒拿到相本，花大錢沒留下美好回憶，反而受了一肚子氣。

 520直播受訪 蔡：後2年將加快

【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】「我們努力開發其他客源，包括新南向的東南亞旅客，努力維持觀光總人數，目前觀光總人數是微幅往上的。」總統蔡英文20日就職滿2週年，接受網媒沃草的網路直播專訪「總統給問嗎」時表示，雖然目前陸客減少，但仍持續開發其他客源。執政滿2週年，有很多事要推動，她說，「改革初期前兩年都在立法等做準備，未來這兩年會加速執行。」

蔡英文20日接受專訪，共累積約450個網友提問，她也針對人權轉型正義、兩岸關係、能源轉型等議題，共拍成4部影片回應，她也特別注意到還有中國大陸來的同學發問。直播現場，蔡英文穿著藍色襯衫，臉色正經的仔細回應網友提問，也特別拿出邦交國宏都拉斯的咖啡，來行銷與宣傳，並說在高鐵上買得到。

至於面對上任以來，陸客減少，衝及觀光產業，蔡英文回應，「不管是台灣、日本、韓國都因為受到政治抵制，造成陸客人數下滑，政府努力開發其他客源，如新南向東南亞的旅客，」她也表示，目前觀光總人數其實仍是微幅向上，並希望旅客不要集中在某些地區，讓旅客分布全台，每個業者都能獲得利益。

政府日前公布去年全國勞工平均月收入已達49989元，但不少網友認為對於總工時下降與薪資調整無感，蔡英文表示，「網友無感我能理解，因為很多都是初入職場的年輕人，薪資可能在平均以下，」她表示，政府鼓勵企業加薪，讓初入職場的年輕人薪資提升，並享有3天特休假、年收入40萬以下的民眾免稅，以及都會區設社會住宅，讓年輕人也能減輕生活負擔。

還有網友問，「如果要選習近平跟馬英九握手，要選誰？」，蔡回「作為一個有禮貌的總統，我兩個人都會握手。」有網友問她是否自認長相與電影星際大戰的尤達相似，她回「不像」。最特別得一題是，如果世界末日最想做麼，她回應，「我想自由的走到街上看一看台北的街頭。」

「出生率是很困難的挑戰，希望一些措施讓年輕人減輕負擔，」蔡英文回應，台灣目前面臨少子化問題，她舉例透過以下方法改善，如薪資調整、提供社會住宅，上週行政院擴大的育嬰計畫，以及稅率優惠，讓年輕人有信心有能力能生小孩。

「總統這工作有時候滿忙、壓力滿大，也有一些辛苦，但我覺得是很值得的一份工作，人民託付你任務，當看到成效時，就會覺得辛苦很值得，」蔡英文坦言做總統很累，但談到施政成效，她開心分享日前去台中豐原看一些蓋好的社會住宅，有提供照顧兒童與健康社區中心。
