「代我去遊行」網傳港鐵車長廣播 鼓舞人心
16日下午，香港民眾再上街頭，大批本季限量優惠黑衫軍前往維多利亞公園，也擠爆了各大地鐵站，不過網路瘋傳一段錄音檔，列車長利用車廂廣播，說他們沒辦法罷工，希望大家代替他們去遊行，要香港人加油，瞬間引起民眾歡呼。
搭地鐵趕赴遊行，有民眾聽到這樣的廣播。
香港地鐵列車長：「麻煩各位代我去遊行。」
一陣歡呼後，還有這一句。
香港地鐵列車長：「堅持到底，香港人要加油。」
有網友說，當時搭乘港鐵，出發前往維多利亞公園，列車長利用車廂廣播出來的。
這段錄音，近日在香港網路廣為流傳，16日下午反惡法遊行再上路，大批黑衫軍擠滿香港各大地鐵站，當中香港地鐵，雖然有不少職員也反對修法，卻從事的工作不適合罷工，只能「聲援」，請大家代替他們上街抗議。
各大站擠滿人，甚至部分地鐵站乾脆過站不停，但為了爭這最後的民主防線，他們非上街頭不可。
參加遊行民眾：「是我們下一代跟年輕人的事，我們要為年輕人發聲，我們如果今天不發聲，明天就不能發聲，我們要跟香港政府說，我們不能接受，她昨天所說的一切說法。」
接近200萬人走上街頭，連日來的抗爭，港府態度終於趨緩，不能上街的民眾堅守崗位，也只能用自己的方法響應香港僅存的民主訴求。
一場地震看大企業賑災哲學

花蓮7級強震，不少大企業慷慨解囊宣佈捐款，但每一次災難發生後，各大企業高喊捐款金額數字，成了另類的捐錢比賽，以這次花蓮賑災中央政府與地方政府互喊撥款金額，更不難看到救災政治學的醜陋一面。
花蓮地震如今進入災後重建階段，仍有企業公布提供資金援助，但回顧這次企業對賑災的反應，不免感受如過往的數字競賽又再次浮現，但也有如台積電、聯發科採較務實的送暖方式，不把錢掛在嘴邊，反而讓災區民眾更暖心，一場地震，再次看出企業賑災哲學。
大企業踴躍捐款，然後呢？
俗話說，「有錢好辦事」，捐款救災絕對是必要，也最直接，但捐款送暖背後，常常伴隨不少負面質疑聲，排除捐款抵稅，捐出的善款用在何處？有沒有實際幫助到災民？都是企業捐款後很在意的事情。
這次花蓮強震後3天，來自社會各界捐款就已逼近10億元，其中，企業更是慷慨解囊，為善不落人後，根據統計，這次科技業捐款超過千萬的公司，包括鴻海董事長郭台銘與集團合計1.2億元，花蓮人的和碩董事長童子賢與公司合計4500萬元，其他包括日月光、億光、聯發科、中華電、緯創、仁寶、大同捐款也都達千萬元。
金融業方面，國泰金捐款3000萬元、9大公股行庫捐贈2100萬元，證券期貨機構與富蘭克林投顧/富蘭克林華美投信各分別捐助2000萬元，富邦金、永豐金、台新金、玉山金、上海商銀、中華開發/中壽等同樣也達千萬元；傳產業的台塑企業捐助5000萬元，遠東集團3000萬元，正隆、統一、華紙、和泰、信義房屋、華航、全聯、新光三越等，捐款金額都有1000-2000萬元間。
台積電救災讓「愛在需要時」
事實上，近年企業逐漸重視企業社會責任（CSR），對於重大天災的災難救助，不但「宣佈」比速度，捐款「金額」等等都有不少眉眉角角。這次地震發生後，宏碁在隔日一早就先透過新聞稿發佈捐款消息，算是較早拋磚引玉的企業之一，但除了捐款，從921、88風災之後所累積的救災經驗，更有大企業轉向以更務實的作法。
台積電3、4年前在高雄氣爆中的救災實務，被社會各界引為佳話，當時董事長張忠謀說，「台積電在921地震、88風災時捐了很多錢，但1年後發現捐款還沒用完，受捐單位也不知道如何用錢」，「捐錢的企業捐完之後就覺得盡完責任，但能夠出點力加上錢花在刀口上，這樣最好。」
這次花蓮地震發生後，台積電、鴻海等指標企業，並非在第一時間有救災動作，引起網民閒言閒語，但實際上，這是對企業文化不夠了解。張忠謀夫人、台積電慈善基金會董事長張淑芬在地震發生後55小時，連告知張忠謀醫生都沒有，就先赴現場了解災民需求，評估台積電能協助之處。
12日台積電宣佈3階段計畫，由於不少災民傳出缺水問題，果不其然，台積電以自家因應缺水很有經驗的做法，立即調派10部水車，並注意到台積電做公益最關注的老人問題，派遣搬運工協助清理家園。
農曆年後，台積電將仿效高雄氣爆的心靈輔導營，帶領災區兒童離開災區；還要協助修補受損的房舍。災後復原上，除公司同仁募款，也邀集國際半導體產業協會（SEMI Taiwan）會員企業，及供應鏈企業一同參與。至於長期計畫，台積電說明觀光產業並非台積電專業，但會投入資源協助重建花蓮觀光。
企業救災文化哲學大不同
與台積電一樣關注災區學童的還有聯發科，聯發科透過基金會提撥專款幫助受災孩子及在學學生，未來2年學費及學習雜支等費用，董事長蔡明介還加碼捐助災民住宿費用。另外，郭董在愛心嘉年華上親自站台義賣產品，還加碼捐款金額，初衷也都是要幫助災民。
企業捐款賑災需不需要「敲鑼打鼓」，見仁見智，不過以CSR的角度來思考，投入的每一分資源、金錢，能不能創造出倍數的社會價值才是重點。這次花蓮地震，再次看到台積電、聯發科等企業從自身所長發揮急難救助的效率，當然，如電子品牌廠商提供產品免費檢修、換新等協助，壽險/產險業啟動應變機制，甚至不少企業捐助自家產品物資，種種做法，看出企業文化與救災哲學大不同。
