「國民初戀」胖了？ 秀智現身機場臉圓一圈
南韓女星秀智最近要到新加坡工作，19日以俏麗裝扮現身機場，吸引不少媒體和粉絲瘋狂拍照，但卻有人發現秀智的臉蛋似乎比之前圓潤不少。
對著鏡頭露出甜美微笑還比出手指愛心相當可愛，南韓女星秀智全身黑色服裝造型抵達機場門口，看到大批媒體守候特別停下來給大家捕捉身影，但照片曝光後卻有人發現秀智的臉似乎圓潤許多。
秀智還俏皮擺出可以讓臉看起來小一點的單手托下巴姿勢，四肢和身材仍然纖細的她，但臉蛋有點嬰兒肥，對比去年來台參加活動時，這回微笑的時候似乎還會看到雙下巴。
秀智上個月底出席新戲《VAGABOND》的殺青宴，當時只有略施脂粉也還看的到小V臉和尖下巴，淡妝現身的她依舊仙氣十足。
秀智去年底參加活動時臉就有點限時商品人氣商品肉感，身形似乎也有些圓潤，當時還特別穿羽絨衣遮住身材，曾在節目說過不是「天生瘦」的她，為了鏡頭前好看還自創減肥菜單和企鵝操來維持纖細身材，這回臉又圓了，可能是剛拍完戲有些放鬆。
核一除役環評仍未過 年底準時除役 空窗期由原能會負責

核一廠計畫將在今（2018）年12月5日開始除役，不過，21日上午在環保署進行的核一廠除役案二階環評初審卻仍須補件再審。台電表示，年底確定停機，但環評通過才能取得除役許可，因此，若有空窗期，期間將由原能會負責把關。
由於目前最終處置場址仍無下文，新北市政府與在地的金山、萬里區公所因擔憂核廢料會無限期置於廠內，表態反對興建乾貯場等設施。而拆廠後將產生多達8.2萬公噸的廢棄物也受到關注。小組要求台電補件，說明拆除後的廢棄物，在廠內堆置、與運出廠外兩者的輻射把關與去化可能管道，與盤點可能面臨的災難風險。
核一廠除役計畫為25年、分四個階段，前八年停機過渡、接下來是12年的除役拆廠、第三階段為三年的最終狀態偵測，及最後的二年土地復原期。
最終處置場址沒著落 燃料棒乾貯場新北不放行
核一廠目前兩機組都因「大修」名義已是處於停機狀態，台電表示，用過核燃料棒應該盡快進行乾式貯存，而目前核一廠的燃料棒不但在燃料池，更有還在爐心者，在福島核災後更普遍認為是不安全的。但對於台電將乾式貯存分為兩階段，先露天再室內的規劃，卻遭到兩種質疑。
新北市府及金山、萬里區公所擔憂，核廢料將在核一廠賴著不走，表態在最終處置場址明朗前反對興建乾貯場。一期露天乾式貯存廠其實已經完工，但目前仍遭新北市以不發水保執照的方法卡著，因此7400束用過核燃料棒目前尚未進行乾式貯存。
蠻野心足生態協會律師蔡雅瀅則不滿，為何不直接做較安全的室內乾式貯存，一次貯放這些核燃料棒，核一廠的露天乾貯場一向遭質疑安全風險，有土石滑落的可能。
台電則表示，若要等室內乾貯場完工，等於燃料棒還要在反應爐裡等10年，會有安全的疑慮。至於為何不能儘早完成建造，則是因為基地上目前還有一個汽渦輪機仍在運作，要到2019年底才能拆除。而完工後，用過核燃料棒就會全數進入室內乾貯場。
除了核燃料棒，還有6.5萬桶的低階核廢料，則要新設焚化爐、既有固化設施等進行「減容處理」；而拆廠後將有2.6萬噸的廢棄設備、5.3萬噸的廢鋼材及3000噸的廢電纜，合計8.2萬噸的廢棄物，要如何證明其沒有輻射疑慮而進行再利用，遭到小組與環署廢管處的質疑。
台電表示，這些物質將委託合格業者清除，外運前將經過原能會的偵測，不能外運者將在廠內堆置。不過堆置在廠內的拆除後建築廢棄物，會不會因為雨水沖刷而滲出輻射污染土地與地下水，小組也要求台電再說明。
而區公所要求承諾繼續發放回饋金以免當地居民反彈，台電表示，先前立院已有決議，將繼續發放，以過去運轉中的平均值來計算回饋金。 列出風險、提出因應計畫 小組要求風險再說明
「拆除比興建更危險。」環委王价巨指出核電廠除役案的獨特性，且指出這個環評案其實顯然不能不過，但環評還是會要求台電把計畫改到最好。
王价巨要求，除役計畫應該把可能發生的風險列出，並提出因應計畫，而非一直承諾會盡力做到好、不會有問題而已。「不要騙民眾，而是讓民眾知道殘餘風險，才能做好準備。這才是風險溝通。」王价巨提醒，台電應該提出可能的風險，同時也要把若風險發生，可能需要多少資源去處理及因應，都要先算出來。
劉希平更提醒，看國際先例時，不能只看美國的成功案例，因為台灣有颱風、地震等威脅但美國沒有，且台灣的地質、人口條件也與美國的狀況不同，反而是與日本比較接近，應該也向日本的學者借鏡。
