北市加強取締露天燃燒 為好空氣把關
(記者黃秀麗台北報導)為維護北市空氣品質，減少露天燃燒農業廢棄物，臺北市環保局自104年起於關渡平原二期稻作收割期間，每年持續執行「陸空聯合稽查專案」，強力稽查取締露天燃燒不法行為；該局統計關渡平原收割期間露天燃燒的陳情數已由103年的66件，逐年遞減為104年26件，105年13件，106年1件，顯然已有效達到遏阻露天燃燒的效果。
臺北市環保局表示，今年12月1日起仍將進行「陸空聯合稽查專案」以加強稽查取締，於關渡平原二期稻作收割期間，派員進駐北投垃圾焚化廠觀景臺，利用制高點的優勢，俯瞰關渡平原，一旦發現濃煙升起，立即通報稽查人員進行地面巡查及動用空拍機輔助稽查，陸空同步聯合進擊，讓露天燃燒行為無所遁形，經查獲屬實者，依空氣污染防制法規定，行為人將處新臺幣1千2百元以上10萬元以下罰鍰；違反者為工商廠場，將處新臺幣10萬元以上500萬元以下以罰鍰。
環保局表示，為讓稻農朋友們能更加瞭解環保局禁止露天燃燒的決心，將再指派專人拜訪當地農友及代耕農，面對面宣導說明。另該局為體諒農友的辛勞，也會提供22處集中收運點收受稻草或農業廢棄物，農友如在清運尚有不便之處，可聯繫該局(北投區清潔隊關渡分隊2895-0256、直屬清潔隊8712-3857)協助清運，再送往焚化廠集中焚化處理。(自立晚報2018/11/30)
