The elegant Tazio adapts perfectly to any developmental stage of your child. When used as a group 1 child safety seat, you can easily narrow the spacious seat by using a special insert. This way, the Tazio is particularly comfortable for small passengers and can be extended for taller children later on. The height-adjustable headrest as well as the wide backrest provide the best sitting and lying comfort while being adjustable into four different lying positions with only one hand and without disturbing your child. 66年天橋百貨被網拍　大陸百貨業進入轉型期
大陸百貨業正面臨轉型期，大陸全國90家代表性百貨中，有38家在去年的銷售額出現同比下滑狀況，其中6家降幅超過1成，有些甚至陷入債務危機；北京擁有66年歷史的天橋百貨，近期就登上了阿里拍賣，起拍價4.48億人民幣，但最終在無人報名、無人出價下流標收場。老百貨的經營頹勢，加速電商入局改造，像是阿里巴巴在杭州就開了首家百貨公司「親橙里」，一改傳統百貨經營模式，沒有化妝品、精品店，取而代之的是餐飲和新零售店，結合新科技強調體驗式消費，吸引顧客。

昏暗燈光、老舊的櫃位擺設，只有零星幾位顧客捧場，北京這間擁有66年歷史的天橋百貨，曾經還是大陸第一家股份公司，如今陷入經營危機。

記者 vs.櫃位老闆：「(生意)現在還不太理想。為什麼？沒有流量，還是那句話，沒有客流量，沒有客流量誰能做下去，就像魚沒水似的，能活得了嗎？」

賣家居商品的老櫃位，打算清倉收攤，回憶起10年前，每月營業額能有人民幣5、6萬，現在每天接不到10位顧客，老百貨風光不再，財務接連出狀況。

房地產運營負責人：「他們天橋百貨商場，欠甘肅信託的錢，然後天橋(百貨)也是欠我們的錢，但是我們的數量不是太多，可能就1千萬左右。」

因為債務糾紛，天橋百貨涉及17項法律訴訟，多達18項風險警示；6月15日正式登上阿里拍賣網，以起拍價人民幣4.48億元開拍，約合台幣20億，但經過72小時後，在無人報名、無人出價下，流標收場。

阿里拍賣副總經理陳慧明：「我們再次拍賣，都會比上一次的起拍價要降20%，就是比如二拍比一拍會降20%，如果二拍再流拍呢，那麼到了變賣階段它還會再降20%。」

天橋百貨也曾經想透過轉型圖強，2008年第一次閉店改造，定位為民俗商場百貨；2010年時又斥資人民幣500萬，二度改造，但品牌入駐少、等級也不高，對顧客吸引力並不大。

北京商業經濟學會常務副會長賴陽：「它仍然整體上還是傳統的百貨店，加一些餐飲服務的功能，並沒有適應這個居民的這個消費這種轉型，包括它經營的商品的品牌結構，業態結構都不是非常理想，所以業績不是很好。」

天橋百貨難以擺脫成為時代眼淚的命運，也突顯了大陸老百貨經營頹勢。光是北京，包括天橋百貨在內，就有3家經營20年以上的百貨尋求轉型；大陸全國90家代表性的百貨中，有38家在2018年出現銷售額同比下滑情況，佔比42%，其中降幅超過1成的就有6家。

北京商業經濟學會常務副會長賴陽：「居民在生活必需品的消費，都通過互聯網來進行了，那麼出來的更多的是什麼呢，是尋找新奇好玩的體驗，家庭的這個一些活動的空間，一些親朋好友在熱銷產品網路人氣產品top10這裡相聚的一些場所，一個很好的社交場所等等。」

傳統型式的百貨公司，已經跟不上時代潮流，大陸電商併購改造百貨公司成為趨勢；今年2月蘇寧易購才收購了萬達百貨37家，大陸電商巨頭阿里巴巴，更是在杭州開了一家結合新科技的百貨公司「親橙里」。

顧客：「我約了人我不知道是在...那個餐廳是在哪？如果說大量的使用商場定位系統，能夠對我進行一個即時指引，節省了我的時間。」

拿出手機掃二維碼，就能在百貨裡使用定位系統，不怕迷路；逛街沒有頭緒，站在這個智慧螢幕前，透過刷臉分析顧客的購物大數據，直接推薦該逛哪間店，阿里巴巴的親橙里，一共有7層樓，其中餐飲區就佔了50%，剩下來的區域，沒有傳統百貨的化妝品、精品店，取而代之的是一些新零售體驗店。

顧客：「以前的時候你用淘寶，可能看到的覺得它很好看，但是你不確定說，這個衣服的質量怎麼樣，現在我可以摸到它，然後它的價格和線上還是同步的。」

像這間女裝店，是淘寶上熱門賣家開的實體店，透過智慧試衣鏡，不僅能省去穿脫麻煩，盡情試衣，還能同步看到網路上買家評價；更方便的是直接下單後不想自己提回家，也有送貨到府服務。

另一間居家生活用品店，從商品介紹到結帳流程，也都靠智慧螢幕來完成。

淘寶心選總經理張棣：「你還記得我們去任何零售店，我是一個銷售服務人員，看，先生你喜歡這個杯子，好這個杯子有什麼功能，這個杯子是多少錢，我們把這種人為的推薦變成了設備，來去自助進行準確的、而且有互動感覺的自動推薦。」

不論是店家，還是百貨公共區域大量使用互動螢幕，強打體驗式消費，大陸百貨業正探索新的經營模式，因應時代變化。
