The elegant Brevi child safety seat Kimi Isofix tt grows with your child and is suitable for children right from birth up to an age of 7 years. At the beginning, your child is fastened with the built-in harness while later on he is secured with your car's own seat belt and is thus provided with a comfortable seat on every car ride. In order to supply your child with a relaxed recline and sleeping position, you can easily adjust the shell with only a flick of the wrist.

In order to ensure maximum safety for your smallest passenger from birth up to approx. 18 months (0 - 13 kg), you need to use the ergonomic seat insert. When used as a group 0+ child safety seat, the Kimi is to be installed in a rear-facing mode in your car by using your vehicle's own seatbelt. In order to maintain maximum safety, only a lying position (position 4) is allowed when the child car seat is used in a rear-facing mode. The built-in harness comes with soft and non-slip pads - this way, there is nothing tweaking or bothering your child during the ride in your car.

When your child has grown, you can use the Kimi as a group 1 child safety seat. From that point, you can remove the seat insert and use the child car seat in a forward-facing mode.  有效防堵食道癌 醫教4招從飲食改善

（優活健康網記者林奐妤／綜合報導）近日短短幾日內，藝人安迪及裕隆集團董事嚴凱泰，皆約於50幾歲的壯年先後因食道癌病逝。除了讓人震驚、不勝唏噓，也讓民眾對食道癌增添恐懼。一名有抽菸習慣的82歲阿伯，帶著健檢時胸部的電腦斷層掃描影像找醫師諮詢，竟發現疑似有食道腫瘤侵犯到主氣管壁，卻並沒有明顯症狀，醫師急忙建議到腸胃科做進一步檢查。

食道癌症狀惡化到較明顯時 癌細胞大多已經局部侵蝕擴散

活力得中山脊椎外科醫院內科主任暨戒菸門診醫師巫慶仁指出，根據世界衛生組織的統計，食道癌在亞洲人死亡率較高。2017年台灣癌症發生率中，食道癌排名第9位，且好發於男性，位居男性癌症發生率第5名。

食道癌大部分沒有症狀，通常以吞嚥困難為主，其次為食慾變差造成體重減輕、吞嚥疼痛，如果腫瘤壓迫到神經，還可能產生聲音沙啞、咳嗽症狀。因為是漸進式的先固體、後液體，慢慢吞嚥困難，當症狀惡化到較明顯時，癌細胞大多已經局部侵蝕擴散，預後很差。一般發現腫瘤後，五年存活率約只有10～15％，通常需要手術切除局部腫瘤，甚至切除食道再重建，並合併化療及放射治療。

硝基鹽類飲食、菸酒檳榔皆為危險因子

造成食道癌的因素，巫慶仁醫師解說，包括合併過量飲酒、抽菸、嚼食檳榔、攝入含硝基鹽類等致癌物質的飲食，或是食物置放導致產生黴菌毒素。另外，過燙的湯湯水水、過鹹或過辣食物、慢性食道發炎、食道平滑肌遲緩不能症、胃食道逆流及輻射等，都容易造成食道細胞的長期損傷刺激，進而產生癌化。

防食道癌 從飲食改善4招

食道癌的診斷通常需使用食道攝影、內視鏡、電腦斷層等，但是診斷出時大部分已經侵蝕擴散，預後不佳。因此，巫慶仁醫師建議，最主要還是從改變飲食生活習慣等最重要的4招來預防，包括：

1） 少吃刺激類飲食／

例如過辣、醃製、燒烤的食物。

2） 湯與茶水不宜過熱時食用／

食道為黏膜組織，大約只能承受50～60∘C的溫度，長期過熱會導致食道慢性病變。

3） 戒除菸及檳榔、少喝酒／

戒菸、戒檳榔，並且減少過量或高濃度酒精類的攝取。

4） 飲食適量不過飽／

減少胃酸逆流到食道，造成慢性食道發炎。

吞嚥疼痛持續、胸前哽住 需進一步就醫檢查

巫慶仁醫師提醒，若有出現異常的吞嚥感覺甚至吞嚥疼痛數周，或吞嚥時胸前常容易哽住感，長期胃酸逆流，聲音莫名沙啞無法改善，就必須到腸胃內科做進一步的檢查，才能及早發現病灶。此外，民眾也可以善用各醫療院所的戒菸門診協助戒除吸菸習慣，以減少致癌的風險。
